I will handle each return/refund case-by-case with the goal of making you guys happy. I think all of my coffee is great, but I also want to make sure your getting the best beans for those tasting buds of yours. As a small business, I would prefer to work with you to find you a replacement coffee that meets your preferences.

Sadly, I won’t be able to accept a return on your coffee because of it being perishable by nature. Give that bag of beans to a friend! Maybe they will love it. But if you aren’t enjoying a coffee, reach out to me within 30 days of your purchase and we will try to find you a coffee that is right for you.
